Caltrans to install Butts Only Boxes

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Millions of pounds of cigarette butts are littered across the United States.  Cigarette butts contain toxic chemicals, and are not bio degradable.   However, Caltrans has now partnered with a private company to install the Butts Only Box at rest stops across the state.  Some travelers along I-5 at the Buttonwillow rest stop believe this is a great idea.  </span></p>
